		<description>One of the great things about education is that if you give the customer less than what they paid for they are ecstatic. If you work at McDonalds and start giving people who paid for large fries small fries they will get grumpy. Cancel a class that they paid for and the students will love you. This is why being an academic is better than working at McD&#039;s.</description>
